Very cozy and tastefully decorated restaurant, very friendly service and a varied menu. We had lunch and the food was delicious. As a "greeting from the kitchen" there was a crunchy salad with a great dressing beforehand. Definitely try: the in-house tiramisu. Just great! The coffee (Julius Meinl) was also great. We'll be back in any case.

Have the same experience as rated here yesterday. I already gave it 1 star when the food wasn't there, but this rating was probably not published by google. Because we too waited over 2 hours and we were also told that the driver has been on the road for 45 minutes, the distance to home is less than 3 km from Ayl. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone does not have enough knowledge of German to speak much to customers, on the third call there was a man who also apologized and wanted to offer us an alternative next time. I doubt whether there will be a next time, you cannot specify a delivery time of 35 minutes and then need well over 120 minutes without comment. The food was well, everything was wrapped in aluminum in umpteen compartments as it was probably clear beforehand that the food would now be on the way a little longer. French fries were of course mud, burger was still ok but unfortunately nothing special either, the gratinated feta is greasy Tk ware and you get half a feta, the salad was very bad, iceberg with stalk and almost no tasteless cocktail dressing ... the salad The one that should be with the burger was completely missing, but we had croquettes that we hadn't ordered and someone else got our salad for that. There is still NO good delivery service in Saarburg.

That was the very last thing and I will never order there again. Lieferando only showed me a delivery time of 35 minutes, later it was changed to one hour. When after 2 hours still nothing came, I called them. On the phone I was told that the supplier had been on the road for 40 minutes (I need 10 minutes from Ayl to my home when I'm slow). After 2.5 hours I called again and was told the same thing. Just when I wanted to ask for my money back at Pay Pal, the doorbell rang and a very, very friendly delivery woman brought me my food (in retrospect, the delivery woman was the only positive thing about my order). About the meal: Also the very last and comparable to a bad kebab shop. My special requests were also ignored, everything was ignored. You're welcome. Just leave it with the delivery. I am very angry and want my money back too!

Great, very clean room. The food was very tasty and plentiful, from tomato soup, to burgers, rump steak, mixed grill plates and Indian beef. We will be happy to visit again.

The food was really bad, we ordered Indian and didn't taste like anything. We waited over an hour and the children only got ready-made schnitzel so never again, what a shame ...

A very nice location with a new operator couple (since July 2020). You can have a wonderful coffee, but you can also eat very varied and delicious. We went there for both in one day because we liked it so much. The operators are very, very friendly and accommodating. We really had nothing to complain about!

It has a new leaseholder since July this year. Food is just okay! Price is fine. Service very friendly and everything went at a good pace. So we just went twice in our mini vacation. Recommended.

We only had a nightcap, but the service was still courteous and friendly. Next time we will also test the menu, which promises some interesting things.

The good thing first: food was enjoyable, but only that. But: The restaurant opened yesterday and it is incomprehensible to me why no effort is made to win regular customers. We're not coming back because: Service not organized (does not greet, takes the order after 15 minutes, does not speak to colleagues). Also had to wait for the food, which was not expensive, for 30 minutes (baked deep-fried röstis with broccoli, and basmati rice with tough boiled beef and madras sauce). No clear alignment on the map. Small portions, ok in taste (not a highlight), but too expensive in comparison. Indian-led. Owner works in the service and doesn't speak German enough. Card payment not possible, although the corresponding stickers are on the door and no indication that it is not possible at the moment. When we gave the boss this feedback when asked, she didn't offer us any alternative (coffee would have been good) than we leaned against the offered schnapps (we don't like schnapps). Unfortunately, this is a very big disappointment. The ad in the local press suggested much more.

I'm reluctant to write and rarely rate bad reviews, but we were really disappointed. Since the surrounding restaurants had all closed, we had virtually no choice but to settle here. First the positive: the outdoor area was very nice, the service was friendly, consistently, we had the pleasure with several people. The wine was ok, so partly partly, the Riesling was good, the red rather less, price at the upper limit, the advice was OK, positive: the origin (even location of the parcels) could be explained to us in part. Good was also the ham plate, something is expected here. But now for the ugly: it was ordered a dry wine and the same feinherbe as before served. Can happen, not tragic, but: Black Forest Tarte Flambée, Pizza Salami and Pizza Diavolo, described on the menu as beautiful and tasty, were probably frozen. Whether they were baked in a stone oven or not, they were not freshly prepared dishes, which clearly indicated the type of occupancy, appearance and taste. Would not necessarily object to something that would be labeled and would not be sold in the double-digit euro range, while both freshly prepared in the next place for less than 10 euros. I find this a bit bold, which is why I only give the 2 stars.

Super delicious food at reasonable prices. The waitresses were very friendly and nice. Great day in a relaxed environment. Just great !! Gladly again!! :)
